Job summary

Hanwha Life Indonesia is seeking an AI Engineer to push AI from experimentation to production, delivering scalable LLM and RAG platforms that support underwriting, claims, policy administration, and sales/support functions.

You will design architectures, build AI agents, and own the end-to-end lifecycle from build to operate, using Python/TypeScript/Go and Lakehouse data processing in collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI solutions with Python/TypeScript/Go.
• Hands-on with LLM, RAG, and vector search concepts.
• Experience in data collection, cleaning, and transformation.
• Experience designing cloud/service architectures.
• Experience in Lakehouse data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• A portfolio of real-world AI projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable LLM and RAG platforms.
• Design and develop AI agents and AI assistants.
• Transform experiments into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI solutions for underwriting, claims, policy admin, sales support and contact center.
• Design and operate solutions across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Take end-to-end ownership—from build to operate.
