Job summary

Hanwha Life Indonesia is seeking an AI Engineer to push AI from experimentation to production, delivering scalable LLM and RAG platforms that support underwriting, claims, policy administration, and sales/support functions.

You will design architectures, build AI agents, and own the end-to-end lifecycle from build to operate, using Python/TypeScript/Go and Lakehouse data processing in collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI solutions with Python/TypeScript/Go.
• Hands-on with LLM, RAG, and vector search concepts.
• Experience in data collection, cleaning, and transformation.
• Experience designing cloud/service architectures.
• Experience in Lakehouse data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• A portfolio of real-world AI projects is highly valued.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in software/service development using Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, Agent Engineering & Vector Search
• Experience in data management and processing, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation
• Experience designing cloud/service architecture
• Hands-on experience in data processing within a Lakehouse environment
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and self-directed learning capabilities
• A portfolio of real-world AI projects is highly valued.
