Job summary

Wisecon is seeking a fresh graduate or early-career professional to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and automation solutions in Jakarta. The role focuses on integrating AI models, LLMs, and AI APIs into business processes to improve efficiency.

The candidate should be proficient in Python, understand AI concepts, and be comfortable with REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git. Collaboration with IT and other teams is essential, with a strong emphasis on timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant projects or portfolios are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with software development fundamentals.
• Understand machine learning, deep learning, and basic AI concepts.
• Familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI API integration.
• Familiar with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Understand REST APIs, JSON, database concepts, and system integration.
• Familiar with SQL databases and data processing.
• Understand Git, debugging, testing, and code version control.
• Familiar with AI agents, workflow automation, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Able to learn new technologies independently and work collaboratively.
• Highly committed to project delivery, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and automation solutions.
• Develop and integrate AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI APIs into business applications.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop chatbot systems and AI assistants for internal and external business needs.
• Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, and existing company systems.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Test, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure AI solutions meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Admin Asset, Repair, and IT Support teams to develop practical AI solutions.
• Complete assigned projects within established deadlines.
