Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited is seeking a Backend/AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade LLM and Generative AI applications from Indonesia. The candidate should have hands-on Python or Go experience, be familiar with modern AI tooling, and comfortable building scalable microservices and data workflows.

Key focus areas include RAG, embeddings, and efficient context handling, plus Docker-based deployment and robust data stores like PostgreSQL/Redis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, AI Engineer, or Platform/MLOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio) and/or Golang (goroutines, concurrency, REST/gRPC microservices).
• Practical experience developing production-level LLM and Generative AI applications.
• Good understanding of RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows, context engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Proficiency in Docker, including containerization, multi-stage builds, networking, and deployment.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Vector/Hybrid Search (pgvector, Elasticsearch, or similar).
