Job summary

WIZ.AI is seeking a proactive product requirements associate to translate client needs into clear product requirements and use cases. You will work with Product and Engineering to define features from concept through implementation and assist sales with proposals and demos.

Join client, partner, and internal discussions to gather feedback, monitor adoption, and help improve AI solutions. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong English and a curiosity for technology and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate client and business requirements into clear product requirements, use cases, and solution scopes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and track features from concept to implementation.
• Document product requirements, workflows, use cases, and solution designs.
• Assist Sales and Business teams in preparing RFPs, proposals, client presentations, PoCs, and solution demos.
• Join discussions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive AI solution improvements.
• Monitor implementation and adoption, flag gaps and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
• Contribute to building internal knowledge and best practices for clients to understand and use our AI products.

What You'll Do

• Support the process of translating client and business requirements into clear product requirements, use cases, and solution scopes.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to help define requirements and track features from concept through implementation.
• Help develop and document product requirements, workflows, use cases, and solution designs.
• Assist Sales and Business teams in preparing RFPs, proposals, client presentations, PoCs, and solution demos.
• Learn to identify how AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, NLP, or automation can solve clients operational challenges and create measurable value.
• Join client, partner, and internal stakeholder discussions to gather feedback and support continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Help monitor implementation and adoption, flagging gaps and supporting fixes with the relevant teams.
• Contribute to building internal knowledge and best practices so teams and clients can better understand and use our AI products.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in related field
• Fresh graduate from reputable university are welcome
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — you'll be working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in technology, product, and client-facing work, with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and communicate them clearly.
• Naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management instincts — confident presenting ideas to both technical and business audiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Prior internship, project, or organizational experience in product management, tech consulting, customer success, or AI/conversational AI is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, chatbots, or automation tools through coursework, personal projects, or competitions.
