ShopBack, Asia-Pacific's leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, is hiring a Marketing Campaign Associate/Senior Associate in Indonesia to own end-to-end campaigns for ShopBack and partners. You will lead planning, strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis, working with Business Development, Operations, Product, CRM, and creative teams to drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in marketing campaign planning and execution, strong ownership, and superb stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Experience managing campaigns from initial planning through launch and post-campaign analysis.
• High level of ownership, initiative, independence, and sound judgement.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple functions.
• Hands-on approach to execution, with tenacity to work through challenges and competing priorities.
• Fluency with AI tools, including writing effective prompts, evaluating outputs, refining approach, and using AI to support analysis and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute thoughtful copywriting recommendations

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end campaign planning, strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis for ShopBack, brand, and merchant campaigns
• Manage partner campaigns, including product launches and other integrated brand initiatives
• Coordinate closely with Business Development, local Operations, Regional Operations, Product, Graphic Design, CRM, and other relevant teams
• Able to collaborate closely with stakeholders confidently, including to regional PICs and leadership teams
• Identify campaign issues early and work directly with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them
• Use campaign data to evaluate performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements
• Support effective campaign messaging and provide copywriting suggestions to improve brand performance
• Use AI tools to research, analyze information, structure thinking, and solve day-to-day campaign challenges more effectively
