The role sits within INFUSE Academy, driving internal and external online education, and you will contribute to high-impact e-learning initiatives that deliver real business results.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4).
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Loves solving problems creatively to make learning engaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design for adult learners.
• Design and curate blended learning using eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and content relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications for timely delivery.
