Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital learning content creation or instructional media design.
• Hands-on expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and short-form video production.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical, product, or operational procedures into engaging learning assets.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for learning metrics.
• Tech-forward mindset with eagerness to explore AI tools to accelerate content creation and analytics.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented with a passion for employee development.

Responsibilities

• Visual Learning Content Creation: design infographics and guides for training programs.
• Short-Form Video & Media Production: storyboard, shoot, and edit microlearning modules.
• Operational Simplification: translate store workflows into clear training content.
• LMS Analytics & Data Insights: manage LMS data, validate and analyze learning metrics.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: leverage AI tools to streamline content drafting and instructional design.
• Coordinate learning content across Kopi Kenangan’s 1,200+ outlets and regional teams.
