The role shapes engineering models, patterns and hiring standards for a scalable FDE track that will grow from 20 to 100+ practitioners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or AI engineering, with senior or lead accountability for production systems.
• Deep hands-on agentic engineering: orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, observability, failure handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and architects to translate priorities into AI-enabled solutions.
• Define and evolve AI-native engineering practices and reference architectures.
• Own engineering standard for the FDE track, including patterns and production readiness.
• Lead development of the FDE career pathway and enablement model; re-skill delivery engineers into AI-native roles.
• Deploy onto complex mandates to translate objectives into production outcomes.
