Job summary

Avanade is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with client teams, delivering AI-enabled solutions from prototype to production. You will design, build, and deploy agentic systems using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, ensuring production-grade quality.

You will operate with high autonomy in client environments, collaborating with stakeholders and architects to align technology with business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or AI engineering.
• Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and agent orchestration.
• Full-stack capability to ship production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and architects to translate business priorities into AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end within client environments.
• Design on the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack for production deployments.
• Ensure production-grade delivery with observability and robust guardrails.
