Job summary

Cermati.com in Jakarta is seeking a mid-level AI & Creative Tools specialist to translate briefs into compelling visuals, videos, and texts. You will use generative AI tools and Adobe Creative Cloud to support content production aligned with brand guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in digital content, hands-on AI experience, and strong collaboration skills to deliver assets on tight timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Design or Film Studies is a plus).
3–5 years of experience in creative production, digital content, or multimedia design, preferably with exposure to video production and social media content.
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in creative workflows (ideation, asset generation, and AI-assisted content production) for approximately 2 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and refine structured prompts to generate visual, video, or text outputs.
Support production of creative assets including short-form videos and social visuals.
Document AI workflows and prepare simple reports on campaign performance.
Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to translate briefs into deliverables.
Proactively explore new AI tools and formats to improve output and efficiency.
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
