Job summary

PT In Fashion in Bali is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to solve real business problems with AI, automation, and software. You will collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, Web, and Production to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and build internal tools and dashboards using AI-assisted development tools.

You will work with Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and databases to connect systems, prototype quickly, and iterate based on user feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software development, automation, systems implementation, operations, process improvement, or similar work.
Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Strong interest in AI-assisted software development and automation.
Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
Comfortable understanding and working with APIs, JSON, CSV files, spreadsheets, and structured data.
Able to write clear technical documentation and step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

Work directly with HR, Operations, Marketing, Web, Production, and other teams to understand their workflows, problems, and requirements.
Identify repetitive work, bottlenecks, manual processes, and opportunities where AI or automation can improve efficiency.
Design and build internal tools, dashboards, utilities, and lightweight business applications.
Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype, develop, test, debug, and improve solutions.
Build and maintain workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and scripts.
Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
