Job summary

MatchaTalent in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a Software Automations Integrator to design and maintain our internal automation ecosystem. You will connect Monday.com, Slack, Fireflies, SharePoint, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and AI tools to streamline operations and reduce manual work.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled processes that improve visibility, collaboration, and execution across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
3–5 years in systems optimization or workflow automation.
Experience in fast-growing startups or dynamic multi-business orgs.
Healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or related industries a plus.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain Monday.com as the central ops platform.
Design a centralized SharePoint document ecosystem with scalable IA.
Develop integrations: Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, APIs.
Build workflow automations using Zapier/Make and API calls.
Implement Generative AI to automate repetitive ops tasks.
Create dashboards and executive visibility tools for real-time monitoring.
Collaborate with dept heads to map pain points and design scalable processes.
Support digital transformation across multiple business units.
