Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, taxation, internal control, and audit.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technology to support financial analysis, reporting, process automation, problem-solving, and productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into daily work processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Accounting team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reports across entities/business units.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Utilize AI, automation, and digital tools to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, data analysis, and productivity.
• Analyze financial data and leverage technology to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor tax compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency, cost control, and business performance.
• Lead accounting process improvements and ensure financial operations remain scalable and efficient as the company grows.
• Develop, coach, and build a high-performing accounting team.
