AssistX Enterprise, an AI technology company, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax compliance, and controls. You will work closely with management to support financial planning and business decisions, ensuring accuracy and timely financial statements.

The role requires leading a small team, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, and partnering with departments to optimize costs and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including payables/receivables and cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure stability.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions per accounting standards.
• Manage tax-related matters and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Establish and maintain financial controls to minimize risks.
• Collaborate with management to monitor performance and identify cost optimization.
