Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and financial management functions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 7–10+ years accounting experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, PSAK, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in month-end closing, audits, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience in startup/tech/service/project-based companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, cash, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
• Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage external audits, tax audits, and accounting-related inquiries.
• Establish and improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, ERP implementation, and finance process improvements.
• Provide accounting insights and recommendations to management.
