Job summary

PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a senior AI and Innovation consultant to lead engagements that transform client businesses through AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into practical solutions across the project lifecycle.

The role requires demonstrated experience in AI, Generative AI, and innovation programs, with strong business acumen, English fluency, and a track record

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and Innovation consulting engagements, ensuring project delivery quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into practical AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate assessments, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify, prioritize, and define AI and innovation use cases aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project execution, including planning, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions by coordinating business, functional, data, and technology teams across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the execution of proof-of-concepts (PoCs), pilots, and deployment initiatives to validate business value and support enterprise adoption.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, solution design, client presentations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants by promoting consulting excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development.
• Develop reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and industry-specific solution assets to improve delivery efficiency and strengthen ABeam's service offerings.
• Collaborate with strategic technology partners and ecosystem vendors to support joint solution development, capability building, and scalable service offerings, including subscription-based and managed AI services where appropriate.

• Demonstrated experience in AI, Generative AI, machine learning, digital transformation, innovation management, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, and modern data ecosystems.
• Experience facilitating executive discussions, design thinking sessions, ideation workshops, and innovation programs.
• Ability to assess emerging technology trends and translate them into practical business opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
