Job summary

Indodana is seeking a creative, AI-savvy content designer to join our Marketing Team in Jakarta. You will generate content for our digital strategy, produce AI-assisted video for social and paid ads, and ensure brand consistency across outputs.

You will edit AI drafts to inject brand personality, manage multiple brand voices, and implement efficient AI-powered workflows to cut production time. Strong editing, prompt-engineering, and Adobe CC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 5years of work experience.
• Highly motivated and self-development person with a creative mind, and teamwork.
• Expert-level mastery of generative AI tools across text, image, video, voice and music.
• Proven ability to write complex, multi-layered prompts that yield specific, high-quality content and consistent branding guidelines.
• Strong background in writing and editing; you must know what "amazing" looks like and fix what the AI gets wrong.
• Experienced in operating Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skill.

Responsibilities

• Work with creative and dynamic Marketing Team to generate content for digital marketing strategy.
• Produce video content for Social Media, Paid Ads, and other content needs using AI tools and AI Models.
• Ensure each design is consistent with the company’s Brand Guidelines & Identity; fact-check all AI outputs to eliminate hallucinations and ensure 100% accuracy
• Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to inject brand personality, nuance, and emotional resonance.
• Design and implement AI-powered content workflows to reduce production time by up to 80%.
• Involve in the design process, from the beginning of ideation, prompt engineering to production.
• Involve in directing the visual aspect to achieve the best and consistent creative output before sharing and/or with the team.
• Communicate well with team members and stakeholders to meet the deadline.
• Conceptualize, produce, and implement design solutions for others.
• Experience managing multiple brand voices simultaneously.
• Open to feedback and willing to make changes and improvements in accordance with service level agreement
• Experience in working to very tight deadlines.
