Job summary

Allure Industries seeks an AI Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated process solutions across our modern tech stack in Indonesia. You will bridge process improvement requirements with technical automation, managing 100+ active workflows and API integrations across ERP, CRM, and web apps.

Based in Surakarta or Jakarta, you will develop dashboards, monitor performance, and document resolution logic for scalable systems while ensuring reliable workflow execution with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to IT or engineering.
• Hands-on with n8n for process automation and workflow maintenance.
• Experience integrating APIs across multiple platforms (ERP/CRM/web apps).
• Solid relational databases knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Basic web development understanding and API-centric mindset.
• Familiar with AI development tools to accelerate projects.
• Ability to manage 100+ complex workflows and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-efficiency automation workflows.
• Collaborate with BP specialists to translate improvements into automation.
• Build dashboards and performance reports to track gains and costs.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain continuous workflow execution with minimal downtime.
• Establish and secure API connections across platforms (D365 BC, HubSpot, DingTalk).
• Document workflows, APIs, and resolution logic for adoption and maintenance.
