FWD Group Indonesia is seeking a Head of Agency Recruitment & Activation to lead agency recruitment strategy and reshape how quality agents are sourced, onboarded, and activated. You will partner with Sales, Training, Marketing, Distribution and Digital teams to ensure a consistent pipeline, strong onboarding journeys, and early productivity.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in life insurance or financial services, with recruitment focus.
• Strategic recruitment expertise including funnel management and segmentation.
• Agency business acumen with stakeholder management across regions.
• Data-driven approach using dashboards and analytics to improve hiring.
• Innovative and agile project management across large programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for organic and inorganic agency growth.
• Scale FA Life Pro and other programs with process optimization.
• Lead inorganic channels like partnerships and headhunting.
• Oversee onboarding and activation journeys for new agents.
• Enable agency leaders with tools and training for high-quality hiring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, Marketing, Distribution, and Digital teams.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and regular recruitment reporting.
• Drive employer branding and recruitment events across cities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
