Job summary

AIA in Jakarta is seeking a senior program leader to design, optimize, and execute transformative agency initiatives that align with our distribution and corporate objectives. The role focuses on driving scalable programs across recruitment, training, and customer gathering.

You will partner with regional leaders to translate strategies into playbooks, training content, and field guidelines, ensuring practical adoption and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of agency strategic initiatives, including scope definition and delivery.
• Establish governance checkpoints and documentation standards for consistent execution.
• Embed new processes, tools, and ways of working into the agency field force.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing, Training, and regional leaders for readiness.
• Engage with regional leaders to ensure programs are understood and executed.
• Translate program strategies into playbooks, training content, and field guidelines.
• Advise on adoption challenges, field needs, and on-ground realities.
• Monitor KPIs related to recruitment, customer gathering, productivity, and engagement.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ROI assessments.
• Maintain consistency of agency programs across regions with market-specific tuning.

About the Role

Driving the design, optimization, and execution of transformative agency initiatives.

Strategic Program Development and Optimization

• Formulate, enhance, and manage agency program strategies (Recruitment, Training, Customer Gathering, MDRT, Repurchase programs, etc) across segments, ensuring alignment with distribution and corporate objectives.
• Develop structured frameworks for program design, pilots, evaluation, and scale‑up to improve production, recruitment, and activity quality.
• Leverage data insights, research findings, and historical performance trends to optimize program effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.

Project and Change Management

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of agency strategic initiatives, including scope definition, project planning, risk management, and timely delivery.
• Establish governance checkpoints, documentation standards, and operating rhythms to ensure high‑quality, consistent execution.
• Support transformation initiatives by embedding new processes, tools, and ways of working into the agency field force.
• Work closely with Recruiting, Marketing, Training, and regional leaders to ensure operational readiness and effective implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Field Enablement

• Partner with regional leaders, Agency Development, Training, and Marketing to ensure programs are well understood, supported, and effectively executed.
• Translate program strategies into communication materials, playbooks, training content, and field guidelines for practical adoption.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to field leaders by providing insights on adoption challenges, field needs, and on‑ground realities impacting execution.

Performance Management and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor KPIs related to recruitment, customer gathering, productivity, persistency, and customer engagement as part of program evaluation.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and ROI assessments to ensure programs remain relevant, effective, and scalable.
• Maintain consistency of agency programs across regions, while allowing market‑specific customization where appropriate.
