StickEarn in Indonesia is seeking an Account Executive (Agency) to join its Sales team and nurture relationships with advertising agencies. You will support agency engagement, coordinate campaign needs, and identify opportunities to connect agencies with StickEarn's advertising solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in account management or sales, strong communication, English business level, and comfort with CRM tools like Zoho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in account management or sales welcomed.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business-level English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho) and campaign processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agency relationships to position StickEarn as a preferred partner.
• Provide consultative selling, identify needs, present data-driven proposals.
• Manage client information and sales pipeline in CRM, negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate campaign planning and ensure deliverables meet agency requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and campaigns.
