Job summary
PT. Marposs Gauges Indonesia is seeking an After Sales Service Staff to keep measuring equipment running through repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while working directly with customers for on-site support.
The role includes retrofitting products onto existing tools, applying CNC/PLC knowledge, conducting trials, and collaborating with Sales to explore new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of professional experience preferred.
- Proficient in Business English.
- Good negotiation and target-oriented.
- Valid Class A and/or Class C driving license is an advantage.
- Indonesian citizen living within commutable distance to Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities
- Keep measuring equipment running accurately through repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work directly with customers to solve technical problems and provide on-site support.
- Retrofit measuring products onto existing machine tools and ensure smooth machine integration.
- Apply CNC and PLC knowledge to support installation and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product trials and testing to demonstrate solutions meeting requirements.
- Partner with Sales on customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical trials to support new business opportunities.
- Manage equipment, spare parts, and inventory to ensure technical resources are always ready when needed.
