Job summary

Cinépolis Indonesia is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive with strong agency relationships to drive background media solutions. You will ideate, create compelling presentations, and tailor pitches to client briefs while coordinating with agency partners.

You will lead selling activities, build client relationships, manage media orders for on-screen and off-screen, and deliver post-campaign reports. A minimum of 3 years in media sales and a proven revenue-focused track record are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Account Executive or Sales Group Head in Media/TV/Digital/OOH industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideation, concepts and sales presentations tailored to client briefs.
• Conduct selling activities: appointments, presentations, negotiations, closing deals.
• Maintain collaboration with agencies and clients.
• Manage media orders for on-screen and off-screen placements.
• Prepare post-campaign reports for clients.
• Meet targets and drive monthly revenue.
