Job description

Develop and implement paid media strategies that support brand, marketing, and business objectives.

Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns across relevant digital and e-commerce platforms, from awareness and consideration to conversion.

Optimize audience targeting, campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding, and creative performance to maximize campaign results.

Manage media budgets and allocate spending based on campaign objectives, performance, and growth opportunities.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency, reach, and conversion.

Prepare performance reports and provide clear insights and recommendations for future media planning and campaign decisions.

Work closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media, E-Commerce, and other relevant teams to develop performance-driven creative assets and communication strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or other related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Ads, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or related roles.

Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising, campaign metrics, audience targeting, and media optimization.

Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry will be an advantage.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
