Job summary

Indonesia Premium Goods (IPG) is seeking an Ads Performance Staff to manage CPAS and TikTok Shop campaigns across our e-commerce platforms. You will monitor daily performance, adjust budgets and bids, conduct creative testing, and translate data into actionable insights to boost sales and campaign efficiency.

Based at the Head Office in Bekasi, you will collaborate with the marketing team to scale campaigns while maintaining ROAS and GMV targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Ads Performance or Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience managing e-commerce ads.
• Actively experienced in managing CPAS campaigns, preferably for e-commerce and marketplace businesses.
• Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage CPAS and internal e-commerce ads, particularly TikTok Ads, based on GMV, Spend, and ROAS targets.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budget, bidding, creative, and audience to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct creative A/B testing and identify opportunities to scale or pause campaigns.
• Analyze advertising performance and provide actionable insights for sales growth and optimization.
• Ensure accurate and consistent performance tracking through ads dashboards and reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot basic campaign/technical issues and respond quickly to performance fluctuations.
