Kompas Gramedia mencari seorang pemimpin akademik untuk mengelola desain kurikulum, integrasi Kurikulum Merdeka & Pearson Edexcel, serta penyelarasan antara Learning Outcomes nasional dengan standar kompetensi Pearson. Penempatan di Tangerang, Indonesia, kerja on-site.

Posisi ini mencakup kepemimpinan pembelajaran, penilaian, pengembangan profesional & implementasi EdTech, serta pengelolaan sumber belajar dan pelaporan kemajuan siswa.

Qualifications

• Menguasai kurikulum Merdeka & Pearson Edexcel secara terpadu.
• Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun kepemimpinan akademik.
• Kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris CEFR C1 / IELTS 6.0–6.5.
• Keahlian pemetaan kurikulum dan pacing guides untuk Merdeka & Edexcel.

Responsibilities

• Merancang dan mengelola kalender penilaian akademik.
• Mengawasi persiapan asesmen formatif dan sumatif.
• Memimpin integrasi EdTech ke pembelajaran.
• Mengelola lisensi Pearson, modul pembelajaran, buku teks, dan sumber belajar.
• Menyusun laporan kemajuan siswa.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Curriculum Design & Integration:
• Develop, refine, and maintain dual-curriculum mapping (Kurikulum Merdeka & Pearson Edexcel).
• Ensure full alignment between national Learning Outcomes and Pearson competency standards.
• Instructional Leadership & Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular classroom walk-throughs and lesson observations.
• Provide data-driven feedback to teaching staff to enhance instructional effectiveness and pedagogical quality.
• Assessment & Academic Management:
• Design and manage the school’s academic assessment calendar.
• Supervise the preparation of formative and summative assessments.
• Oversee Pearson Edexcel examination administration and analyze student learning achievement data.
• Professional Development & EdTech:
• Identify faculty training needs and organize internal professional development workshops (In-Service Training).
• Lead and guide the integration of Educational Technology (EdTech) into classroom instruction.
• Academic Resources & Reporting:
• Manage Pearson licensing, learning modules, textbooks, and instructional resources.
• Direct and oversee the preparation and issuance of Student Progress Reports.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Master’s Degree (S2) in Education, Educational Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of academic leadership experience (e.g., Vice Principal for Curriculum, Head of Department, or Curriculum Coordinator).
• Proficient/Advanced English communication skills (CEFR C1 level / IELTS minimum 6.0–6.5).
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum mapping and integrating pacing guides for Kurikulum Merdeka and Pearson Edexcel.
