Job summary

Altius Hospitals Puri Indah is seeking an Admission Coordinator to ensure a smooth patient admission process, acting as the main contact for patients, families, and healthcare staff.

You will manage check-in, verify insurance, coordinate bed assignments, and provide information about services and procedures, while maintaining records and protecting privacy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hospital admission, reception, or customer-facing healthcare role of at least 2 years.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using hospital management systems and computer software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of patient admission procedures.
• A compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and independently.
• Previous experience in a healthcare sales or patient liaison environment is highly desirable.
