Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospital (experienced in insurance/corporate/third-party payer handling)
• Understands insurance patient flow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination skills, target-oriented with high drive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments (admission, billing, medical) to ensure smooth service for insurance patients
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and agencies act as liaison between hospital and insurance
• Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development for partnership expansion
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data
• Monitor and evaluate insurance services, support achievement of partnership and targets
