Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor import shipments from HQ until goods arrive at the warehouse.
• Coordinate with HQ and freight forwarders regarding shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and check shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading/Air Waybill
• Monitor estimate time delivery, estimate time arrived, and shipment status, and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and related internal teams regarding incoming shipments.
• Maintain and update import shipment records and documents.
