Job summary

Monk's Hill Ventures in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support shipping documentation and policy compliance. You will prepare travel letters for Exim activities, verify documentation, and coordinate with the Kerani team to recap invoices and cost additions.

You will receive and validate travel documents and invoices from transporters and depot partners, input data into the monitoring sheets, and help ensure smooth import/export administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Must know shipment handling and import/export policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Travel Letter for Container Exim activities.
• Verify that all documentation adheres to import-export administration/policies.
• Ensure smooth recap of Invoice Lift On - Lift Off, add-cost Ops and hard copies of documents.
• Receive and validate Travel Documents and Invoices from Transporters (EMKL) & Terminal Depots on Gsheet monitoring.

Requirements
