About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Accounting professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our accounting and administrative functions, providing crucial support to ensure accurate financial records, efficient document management and seamless day-to-day administrative operations. You will work closely with the accounting team to maintain the integrity of our financial systems and support the broader objectives of the organisation.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of basic accounting and financial administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data management.

Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work with numbers and data carefully.

Familiar with handling daily transactions, including purchases, sales, income, and expenses.

Able to assist with stock opname and inventory reconciliation.

Able to maintain accurate records and properly organize transaction documents.
