Job summary

PT Helm Care Indonesia is seeking a motivated Ads Sales Manager to grow our digital advertising business across our retail and campus networks in Bali.

You will identify new clients, present compelling media plans, negotiate deals, and drive revenue while partnering with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to close deals with brands and agencies.

Helm Care Indonesia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Ads Sales Manager to develop and grow the company's advertising business through its digital screen network located in retail outlets and university campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new advertising clients, building relationships with brands and advertising agencies, and generating revenue through the sale of digital advertising placements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for Helm Care Indonesia's advertising services.
• Sell digital screen advertising placements to companies, brands, advertising agencies, and other potential advertisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand managers, marketing managers, media buyers, and advertising agencies.
• Prepare advertising proposals, media plans, advertising packages, and commercial presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, develop commercial agreements, and manage the sales process from initial contact through deal closure.
• Manage the sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and advertising revenue targets set by the company.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure advertising campaigns are delivered according to client agreements.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, prospective clients, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, advertising sales, media sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to independently generate leads, acquire clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and client account management.
• Existing relationships with companies, brands, advertising agencies, or media buyers are an advantage.
• Proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
