Job summary

AIA Indonesia is seeking a Program Management - Agent Activation to drive activation and early productivity through onboarding, engagement programs, and performance initiatives. You will lead campaigns to increase active agents, retention, and first-year achievement while using data-driven insights across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in strategy or program management, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, program management, or related fields.
• Experience in management consulting is advantageous.
• Insurance or financial services background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching with a passion for people development.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive activation strategies for new recruits and existing agents, partnering with leaders.
• Design and improve activation programs covering the first 90 days.
• Analyze the activation funnel from recruitment to first issued case and retention.
• Segment agents by behavior to identify activation opportunities.
• Monitor trends, field feedback, and best practices to drive improvements.
• Benchmark activation practices against internal and external standards.
• Manage activation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery.
