Job Description – Accounting & Tax Executive.

Position Summary:

The Accounting & Tax Executive is responsible for preparing internal financial reports, issuing invoices, and supporting overall finance and tax compliance activities. This role ensures accurate financial data, timely reporting, and coordination with internal departments and external accountants when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review the work of the outsourced accounting firm.
• Communicate regularly with Head Office in Singapore in English.
• Prepare internal monthly financial reports (P&L, Management Accounts, Cash Flow).
• Prepare and issue customer invoices along with required supporting documents.
• Prepare and issue Payment Vouchers along with required supporting documents.
• Maintain AR tracking and assist in follow-up when required.
• Record and verify transactions in Accurate accounting software.
• Support daily bookkeeping activities as needed.
• Assist in preparing tax calculations and documentation (PPh and PPN).
• Coordinate required documents with internal teams and outsourced accountants.
• Maintain proper financial filing and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist with audit requests and government submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting and tax, preferably in coal trading company.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax (PPh & PPN).
• Proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software.
• Good English communication skills is required.
