Cove is expanding its finance team in Jakarta. We’re seeking an Account Receivable Assistant Team Lead to steer AR activities for Indonesia, with a focus on OTA, on a 1-year contract and possibility of permanence.

You’ll report to the AR Team Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections. Your role demands a Bachelor’s in Accounting, at least 5 years in credit control or AR in e-commerce/hospitality/real estate, strong analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable in e-commerce or hospitality/real estate.
• Strong reporting, analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Indonesia AR function with focus on OTA.
• Ensure invoices are raised timely and accurately.
• Ensure payments are matched to invoices.
• Coordinate with teams to collect and reconcile invoices on time.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve invoice disputes.
• Monitor AR aging and provide weekly reports.
• Support month-end landlord reports and reconcile OTA Balance Sheet accounts.
• Report and coordinate issues with Tech; manage AR SOPs.
