Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya seeks an Account Receivable Staff to manage invoicing, payments, and collections for an IT distribution company. The role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring aging, and coordinating with other divisions to ensure data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has experience in AR processes, familiarity with SAP B1, and strong attention to detail. This position is based in West Jakarta (Puri/Meruya area) and requires independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active in English & Mandarin both oral and written is preferable.
• Experience in Finance Staff / Account Receivable in IT distribution / system integrator / IT services is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and credit control is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application and collections.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies.
• Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports and minimize overdue receivables.
• Record and reconcile customer payments and apply to open invoices.
