Job summary

PT. GOAUTAMA SINARBATUAH is seeking an Account Receivable Officer to manage customer debt, ensure timely payments and keep precise financial records. The role includes generating AR reports, assisting monthly closings, and maintaining accurate aging schedules.

You will coordinate invoice and payment processes with customers, prepare account statements, and support general financial analysis. Fluent English and strong Excel/SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Economics, Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
• Minimum GPA 3.00.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Handle debt payment from customers and ensure payment is collected on a timely basis.
• Provide weekly reporting of all accounts receivable including monthly closing and AR aging.
• Follow up on invoice and payment processes with customers.
• Generate account statements and maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Assist with general financial management and analysis.
