Job summary

Bungasari seeks an Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations at the Medan factory. You will manage G/L, fixed assets, and month-end closing while ensuring PSAK compliance. The role requires 2–3 years supervisory experience in accounting, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and excellent teamwork. Willing to be placed at Medan factory.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Accounting supervisor, with focus on Fixed Asset preferably from Food Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in PSAK and accounting principles.
• Experience using accounting systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily accounting operations: General Ledger, Fixed Asset, month-end closing.
• Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting data.
• Prepare and review journal activity in accordance with PSAK.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and improvement processes.

• Assist daily accounting operations activity such as General Ledger, Fixed asset, and end of month closing
• Review and ensure the accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting data
• Prepare and review journal activity in accordance with PSAK
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and improvement process
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree/ S1 in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 2-3 years experienced as Accounting supervisor, with focusing on Fixed Asset preferable from Food Manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
