Job summary

Anabatic is seeking a Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) to handle invoice verification, recording in ERP, and bank payments. The role also covers monthly advance settlements, AP reconciliation with vendors, and maintaining documentation and reporting in the system.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related bachelor degree, 1–2 years of AP experience, strong MS Excel skills, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates with internships are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or related major.
• 1-2 years working experience as Finance Officer (Accounts Payable).
• Fresh Graduates with internship experiences in Finance are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiar with financial journalling or reporting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, team-oriented, and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Check invoices and receipts from vendors and record into ERP system.
• Record payments with banks and process monthly settlements.
• Reconcile outstanding accounts payable with vendors.
• Manage documentation and reporting in the system.
