Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager in Jakarta to lead complex vendor invoicing, ensure tax compliance, and strengthen internal controls. You will drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to automation initiatives within a dynamic finance operations environment.

The role emphasizes high-volume transaction handling, accuracy, and English communication skills to support global partners and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume transactions.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Experience using Coupa and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Review and process complex vendor invoices accurately, ensuring adherence to internal controls and tax compliance.
Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports to optimize working capital.
Maintain rigorous documentation for audits and month-/year-end closings.
Serve as main contact to resolve complex invoice or payment discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.
Participate in designing and implementing automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline invoice processing.
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
