Job summary

Skintific, Jakarta-based skincare brand, seeks an Assistant Manager, Account Payable to lead the AP team and manage daily payable operations. You will optimize payment processes, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure compliance with VAT/WHT and PSAK standards.

English fluency is required to coordinate with international partners. Ideal candidates will bring 5-6 years in Finance/Accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory role, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) plus advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-6 years in Finance/Accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations and payment runs.
• Lead AP team and ensure accurate processing of invoices and expenses.
• Standardize AP workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Manage vendor inquiries and reconcile statements timely.
• Ensure payments comply with company policies and tax regulations (VAT/WHT).
• Prepare monthly aging reports and cash flow forecasts for month-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide documentation.
