Job summary

Brunch Club Bali is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate monthly financial reports and timely management reports for decision making. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support growth.

The role requires ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, maintaining strong internal controls, and monitoring financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor internal controls and financial risk management.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cost Control, and Purchasing.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and financial reconciliations.
• Work closely with the Managing director and department heads to drive financial performance.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team.
