PT Sukha Living Indonesia is seeking a Finance and Accounting Officer to oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and operational payments across business units in Jakarta. You will perform cash and bank reconciliations, prepare journals and financial forecasts, manage budgeting, payroll, and lease tracking, and ensure timely invoicing for lease renewals.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Finance and Accounting Officer.
• Proficient in full-cycle accounting and financial statements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with business internet banking.
• Meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform periodic cash and bank reconciliations
• Prepare daily transaction journals to generate accurate financial reports for both business units
• Perform bank and financial reconciliations
• Prepare and process budget requests while considering budget availability, urgency, and priority levels
• Track employee attendance and calculate payroll
• Prepare periodic financial projections/forecasts as needed by management for strategic business planning
• Record and monitor the lease periods of all tenants on a regular basis
• Issue lease renewal invoices in a timely manner to tenants whose leases are about to expire
• Coordinate and confirm payments with the relevant team regarding the status of contract renewals

About you
