Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented and result-oriented.
• Honest, thorough, and disciplined with time.
• Strong understanding of financial statement structure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working within a structured SOP-based system and reporting timeline.
• Experience preparing annual financial statements for tax return purposes.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reports prepared by Junior Accountants for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze discrepancies or issues found in Junior's work and guide them toward resolution
• Take ownership of the Junior Accountants assigned to your team, including their workload and output quality
• Ensure all financial reports are valid, well-supported, and can be accounted for if questioned
• Ensure financial reports submitted to clients meet our minimum quality standards before submission
• Provide insights and forecasting based on the financial data presented to clients
• Respond to and resolve client questions regarding submitted financial reports
• Ensure timely closing and submission of monthly financial reports in line with our timeline
