Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment Consultant is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for multiple client companies from our Jakarta office. The role emphasizes strong technical accounting knowledge, client management, and leadership experience.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensure SAK compliance, mentor junior staff, and liaise with auditors and tax consultants to support financial reporting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple client companies.
• Oversee both client accounting and internal accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and company policies.
• Coordinate directly with clients regarding accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Prepare accounting schedules and reconciliations to support tax compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist management with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian withholding tax (PPh) reporting is an advantage.
