Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for multiple client companies and to support internal accounting functions.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, client management capabilities, and leadership experience. You will oversee bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and liaise with auditors and regulators in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounting, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple client companies.
• Oversee both client accounting and internal accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and company policies.
• Coordinate directly with clients regarding accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Prepare accounting schedules and reconciliations to support tax compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist management with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian withholding tax (PPh) reporting is considered an advantage.
