Peoplyee in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks an Accountant to manage full-set accounting tasks, from daily transactions to financial statements. You will oversee AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, and tax reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely results.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, English communication, and at least 1 year in Finance/Accounting/Tax in manufacturing; Japanese is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and Coretax is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting or Tax within a manufacturing company is required.
• Japanese language skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; Coretax experience preferred.

• Handle full-set accounting activities, including daily transactions, the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage finance and accounting administration, including cash flow monitoring, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Handle tax calculations, documentation, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
• Use the internal accounting system to record transactions, process financial data, and generate reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and tax regulations.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Language: Communicative-level English proficiency; Japanese language skills are preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions in a manufacturing company; experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas for manual calculations, and accounting software
• Experience using Coretax
• Driver Licence: Indonesian Class A or Class C driving licence
• Transportation: Private company bus within the Tangerang area
