PT Adhigana Perkasa Mandiri in North Jakarta is seeking an Accounting Staff to manage bookkeeping, postings, and financial reporting for the management team. The role is based in Sunter with a rigid 08:00–17:00 WIB workday (WFO).

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 1–2 years’ experience, proficient in Odoo, Accurate, Zahir, and MYOB, and capable of preparing P&L, journals, and balance sheets. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 Years Experience as an Accountant.
• Ability to operate accounting software such as Odoo, Accurate, Zahir, MYOB.
• Ability to prepare L/R (P&L) reports, Journals, Balance Sheets.
• Brevet A & B certification preferred.
• High loyalty to work.
• Able to work in a team or individually.
• Good communication.
• Able to face targets and work under pressure.
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta.
• Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that office financial bookkeeping is available and implemented properly according to targets.
• Ensure that operational journal postings into the system are implemented properly.
• Ensure that the company's financial reports are available and distributed to management properly.
• Ensure that accounting journal data is input into the company's system without any being missed.
• Ensure that the examination and verification of completeness of documents related to financial transactions are carried out properly.
• Perform reconciliation and adjustment of financial data properly.
