Job summary

Staffinc, Indonesia’s leading digital staffing platform, is seeking an experienced Accountant in Jakarta to maintain an end-to-end accounting process, from transaction identification to financial statements. The role supports monthly closings, data preparation, and audit documentation, ensuring accurate bank transactions and filing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in a group/holding company structure)
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong coordination skills and ability to report regularly to the Holding

Responsibilities

• Maintain an end-to-end accounting process, from transaction identification, journal entries, to the preparation of financial statements
• Preparing data and supporting schedules for the monthly closing
• Assisting in financial audit preparation, including providing supporting documents and explanations to auditors
• Maintaining accurate identification and recording of transactions related to bank account movements
• Ensuring proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Supporting ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as requested
